VETERAN'S DINNER

Donations for the Veteran's Dinner

Please review the items needed for our Veteran's Dinner and sign up for everything you'd like to bring. Perishable items should be brought to the American Legion by 4 p.m. on March 22. Please call me to arrange pick up if you are unable to bring them at that time. If you would like to donate cash in lieu of shopping, please let Mary Williams know.

Our menu will include sliced ham and turkey sandwiches, minestrone soup, chicken noodle soup, vegetable tray, fruit tray, variety of bars/cookies, water, coffee, and lemonade.

Thank you for helping us make this an amazing night for Veterans in our community!

Veteran's Dinner, March 22nd

Please sign up if you'll be available to help us at the Veteran's Dinner. We'll need help with set up, prep work/cooking, serving, socializing, and clean up. When you sign up, please note in the comments what "positions" you're willing to help with, as well as what hours you can be there.

Set Up and Prep: Please plan to be there at 3p/4p or shortly after

Serving/Socializing: Please plan to be there as close to 5p as possible

Clean Up: We're hoping to be wrapped up by 8p (or earlier), depending on attendance.
