This week's presenter will be Yolando Loveless, who is the Director of the Black Hawk County Veterans Affairs office. Mr. Loveless has been in the position since February of 2020. Before that Yolando served for 30 years in the Navy before retiring in 2014 and also worked at a veteran call center in Atlanta before returning to Waterloo in 2015. Yolando is a graduate of Waterloo East High School and is married to his wife Chiquita, who is the Coordinator of Military and Veteran Student Services office at University of Northern Iowa.
