This week, we will hear from our club's incoming 26-27 President, Michael Walter. He will be presenting his goals and will hold a brainstorming session with club members to gather feedback on what members hope to see and experience this year.
BOARD MEETING
This week, we will have a board meeting after our regular meeting.
JULY SERVICE
For our July Service project our Rotary club is gathering school supplies for the Cedar Valley Boys and Girls Club kids who could use our support. We are hoping to put together at least 10 Back to School backpacks.
Please bring your items to a Rotary meeting by Wed, July 29th and give them to Jennifer OR, if you prefer, you can donate money for us to buy supplies for the school bags, click this link: DONATE FUNDS HERE - (PLEASE ADD THE NOTE "Backpack Donation" to your donation)
Thank you for believing in "Service Above Self"
MEMBERSHIP DUES
This is a friendly reminder that membership dues for this next year are to be paid by June 30th, 2026. You should receive a notice from our treasurer, John Brooks, indicating how much your dues are and ways you can pay. If you need an invoice for your employer, please let John Brooks know. His email address is jbrooksia@gmail.com
Let's continue to achieve Every Rotarian Every Year status. Past Foundation chair, Eashaan Vajpeyi developed a new way to donate to help make this easier for members. There is now a link on our website and you will receive a text reminder from time to time with the link. You can also click the link below to donate directly from the newsletter! Thank you Eashaan for making this possible!
Francesco Arezzo, the 2025-2026 Rotary International President, has a powerful and timely message: "Unite for Good." His vision calls upon Rotary members worldwide to be a vital force for unity in a world often marked by division.
